Frequently Asked Questions - FAQ - My Doodles Ate MeWhen will I receive my order?

Ideally your in-stock order should take 3-12 days and a made-to-order product about 7-20 days to be made and shipped, as specified in the product descriptions (and reach you in about 2-5 days after it has been dispatched by us). We try and dispatch orders on the same day as you order, but sometimes it might take a little longer to prepare everything, pack it nicely, seal it with love and have the mail guys pick it up for you. So please be patient, we will send you the tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. 


Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but we’re working on it!

But till we figure out relatively smoother logistics and the cheapest, safest and fastest way to ship your goodies to you anywhere in the world…

Please write to us and let us know which MyDoodlesAteMe goodies you fell in love with, the quantity you are looking to buy, your full shipping details and contact number, so we can work something out.


I’m not happy with my product, what should I do?

Aww shucks! We are so sorry to hear that. We really want you to be in love with your goodies as much as we are. Please tell us what went wrong?

We don't have a return/pick-up option just yet but please write to us and we’ll make sure to sort this out as smoothly as possible.


I want to place a bulk order for a discount. Can I?

Of course! Write to us, let us know about your product requirements, quantity and timeline, and we’ll get back to you. Yes, we offer bulk-order discounts too, just ask.


How to approach you regarding an online or offline collaboration, marketing/PR enquiries, an event or a pop-up?

Can you customize a product according to my requirements?

Definitely (for most goodies)!

But for certain products, customization can only happen if your order quantity is sizable enough for our vendors to give a go-ahead.

Yes, please check the announcement bar at the top of the website for any ongoing offers & discounts. Additionally, we offer exclusive 'secret' discount codes to our BFFs (newsletter subscribers) from time to time, as well as monthly subscriber-only freebies.

I placed an order but now I wish to cancel it, what can I do?

We are so sorry, but we don’t accept cancellations at the moment.


The product I want is out of stock, can you get it back anytime soon?

While we cannot guarantee that we’ll restock the old designs since we are always looking to launch new art and products, please do write to us at hello@mydoodlesateme.com and we’ll see what we can do *wink wink*
